Garages and motorcycle workshops · Built for the trade

Web design for garages and motorcycle workshops, from £395

A garage is chosen from a map, on a phone, the week the MOT runs out. The customer wants to know where you are, what it costs, whether you work on their vehicle and whether you are honest.

We build garage and workshop sites that answer those on the first screen. A motorcycle workshop site of ours went live in October 2026, and we will name it here once it is on our work page.

The honest version

A garage is chosen from a map, on a phone, usually the week the MOT runs out

Nobody browses for a garage. They get a reminder that the MOT is due, or a warning light comes on, or the bike will not start after a winter in the shed, and they search there and then. What comes up is a map with three names on it and a handful of websites underneath.

The decision that follows is quick and practical. Is it near me, is it open, what does an MOT cost, do they work on my kind of vehicle, and do other people say they are honest. A garage that answers those five things on the first screen gets the call. A garage with no site, or a single page with a stock photograph of a spanner, is trusting that the customer will ring to find out, and most do not.

The fear in this trade is the same as it has always been: being told something needs doing when it does not. A good garage site is mostly an answer to that fear, in plain words and with real reviews, rather than a list of equipment.

What we build

What we would put on a garage or workshop website

The five things a customer checks, answered before they ring.

MOT and servicing, with prices

The MOT fee, and a from price for an interim and a full service. The two jobs people compare, priced by you rather than guessed at.

What you work on

Makes, vehicle types and specialisms said plainly. For a motorcycle workshop, the kinds of bike you know, from scooters to classics.

Ask for a slot

Registration, job and preferred day in a short form, confirmed by you. Less time on the phone and fewer missed bookings.

Where you are and when you are open

Address, a map, parking, opening hours and whether people can wait. Kept the same on the site and on Google.

How you handle extra work

A plain promise that you ring with a price before doing anything beyond the job booked. It answers the main fear directly.

Real reviews, linked to Google

Customers' own words, with a link to where they were posted. We never write reviews and never tidy them up.

Proof

What we can honestly show you

One workshop site live but not yet on our work page, and two detailing clients that are.

A motorcycle workshop site we built went live on its own domain in October 2026. Until it is on our work page we are not naming it here, and we would rather show you less than imply more. These two are live vehicle businesses we can point you to today.

Rinse Revive

Live at rinserevive.co.uk, on a monthly care plan. A service carried out on somebody's car, sold locally, and dependent on photographs, prices and booking.

M&M Detailing

Live at mmdetailing.uk, on a care plan since July 2026. The same trade area, a different business and a different site.

Detailing is not mechanics, and we are not going to pretend it is. What carries over is the local search, the trust problem, the photographs and the booking. If you work from a van rather than a unit, see websites for mobile mechanics.

Getting found

The map comes first, and the website decides it

Garage searches are about as local as searches get: MOT and a town, car service near me, motorcycle MOT, motorcycle tyres fitted. Google answers most of them with the map, so the Google Business Profile carries a lot of the weight. We set it up as part of the £650 build, with the right categories, your real opening hours and photographs of the actual workshop, and our guide to Google Business Profile for trades explains what keeps it working.

The website is what turns a map listing into a booking. A page each for MOTs, servicing, diagnostics, tyres and whatever you specialise in gives Google something to match to each search, and gives the customer the price and the reassurance they were looking for.

Reviews matter more here than in almost any other trade, because the customer cannot check the work themselves. A steady run of recent ones, answered politely, is the strongest thing a garage can have. We never contact your customers ourselves. We make it easy for you to ask, and our article on getting more Google reviews covers how.

How it works

Built first, paid for second

Tell us about the garage and within 48 hours you get a link to a real working site built for it. If it is not right, say so and you owe us nothing. There is no card, no deposit and no call to sit through.

A solid site with your services, prices, hours and a slot request form is £395. £650 buys a page for each main job, online booking and your Google Business Profile set up. £1,200 is for a larger garage needing something closer to a system. You own it either way, and the build can be split across three payments within twelve months at the same price.

Care plans start at £45 a month, have no minimum term and are optional. Full pricing is here.

Questions

What garage owners ask us

We are busy enough from regulars. What would a website change?

Mostly who the new customers are. Regulars keep a garage alive, and they also move away, change cars and get older. The replacement used to arrive by word of mouth alone. Now somebody new to the area searches for MOT or car service and a town, looks at the map, and picks from whoever is there with a proper site, clear prices and recent reviews. A website does not make a busy garage busier so much as stop the customer list slowly shrinking.

Should we put MOT and servicing prices on the site?

Yes. MOT and servicing are the two jobs people compare before they ring, and a garage that states its MOT fee and a from price for an interim and a full service gets the call that a garage saying prices on request does not. You do not have to price repairs, because nobody expects you to. A labour rate and a clear line that you ring before doing any extra work covers it.

Can customers book through the website?

Yes, and how far to take it is your choice. On the £395 site a short form takes the registration, the job and a preferred day, and you confirm by phone or message, which for a lot of independent garages is the right level. The £650 build includes online booking. Anything tied into a workshop diary system, with deposits and reminders, is closer to software and belongs in the £1,200 build. We would rather tell you that than sell you a booking system you do not need.

We are a motorcycle workshop. Is that a different kind of site?

The structure is the same and the detail is different. Riders choose a workshop on whether it knows their kind of bike, so the makes and types you work on need saying plainly: scooters, commuters, sports bikes, classics, whatever is true. Motorcycle MOTs, tyres fitted while they wait, servicing by mileage and collection for a bike that will not start are each worth their own section. Photographs of the workshop and of bikes on the bench do more than anything written.

Do you build for garages already?

A motorcycle workshop site we built went live on its own domain in October 2026. It has not been through our own sign-off for the work page yet, so we are not naming it or linking it from a page whose job is to sell you something. When it is on the work page it will be named here. The live vehicle clients we can show you today are two car detailing businesses, linked below.
