Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all work carried out by SH Studios (Salvo Della Gana, salvo@dellagana.uk) for clients.

1. The Work

We will design and build the website as outlined in the proposal sent to you. Anything not listed in the proposal is outside scope and will be quoted separately.

2. Free Preview

We offer a free preview before any payment is due. Once you approve the preview and confirm you wish to proceed, the build fee becomes payable.

3. Payment

Build fee is due within 7 days of invoice date.
Monthly hosting is billed in advance from the date the site goes live.
Sites may be taken offline if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Revisions

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond this are charged at £30/hour.

5. Content & Materials

You are responsible for supplying all content needed to build the site. Any content you provide must be owned by or licensed to you — we accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from materials you supply.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and its content.
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Third-party tools, fonts, and frameworks remain subject to their own licences.

7. Hosting & Ongoing Services

Monthly hosting covers domain, server, email, and priority support. On cancellation (30 days notice required), we will provide all site files so you can host elsewhere.

8. Liability

We cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings or leads. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the 3 months prior to any claim.

9. Confidentiality

We will not share your business information or project details with third parties without your consent.

10. Cancellation

Cancel before preview delivery — no charge.
Cancel after approving the preview but before paying — up to 50% of the build fee may be invoiced.
Ongoing hosting — cancel with 30 days written notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
