How much does social media cost?
From £120 a month, on top of a care plan. We agree what it covers with you before we start, based on your business and what you want it to do. Care plans start at £45 a month.
Why does it need a care plan as well?
Because social media sends people to your website, and the site needs to be ready for them. The care plan keeps the site up to date, quick and working, so the people your posts reach land somewhere that helps them get in touch. Selling one without the other would mean sending people to a site nobody is looking after.
Who actually runs it?
Harry, one of the two people behind SH Studios. You deal with him directly, not an account manager or a rotating team, so the person posting for you is the person who knows your business.
What do you need from me?
Mostly photos and short videos of your work, sent when you have them, and a word when something is worth sharing, such as a new service or a busy season. We handle the rest.
Can you promise more followers or more sales?
No. Nobody honest can. We will post your work properly and consistently, in your voice, and keep it linked to a site that turns interest into enquiries. We never buy followers, likes or reviews.
Will you message my customers?
No. We never message your customers, and we never ask them for reviews on your behalf. What goes out is your work, on your own pages.
