Look at what Fareham is actually made of. Swanwick and Warsash are a proper trade cluster: boatyards at both ends of the river, riggers, marine engineers and sail lofts, antifoul and valeting crews working the pontoons. An owner stood on a finger pontoon with wet hands and a tide to catch is not scrolling a directory. They phone the first firm whose site opens and whose number they can see without pinching the screen. That should be you.
And everyone in the borough has heard the name Welborne by now. Whatever the timetable turns out to be, that work gets given to somebody, the same as the estate work does now. The firms that are easy to find and easy to phone get more of it. That is the entire mechanism, and it has nothing to do with how clever your website looks.
