Not by law, if you are a private business. The Welsh Language Standards bind councils and public bodies, not you. Some customers will still choose a business that speaks to them in Welsh, and in Cardiff that group is growing. If you want a bilingual site, we build it with a proper language switch and the same pages in both. The Welsh must be written or checked by a fluent speaker; we will not machine-translate it and hope.
