Online shops for Ringwood
A shop is a different animal to a brochure site, so we quote it on the job. What does not change is that you see it before you pay for it.
Below is the shop side only. For the trades we work with in Ringwood and the nearest live client we can name, read Web Design in Ringwood.
Who we build shops for in Ringwood
Makers and product businesses
Ringwood has an unusual number of small producers, from food and drink to furniture and crafts. Several of them are on a platform taking a monthly fee and a cut of every order. Moving that to your own checkout is quoted on the job, and for anyone with steady volume it usually pays back quickly.
A shop that loads fast and takes the money cleanly
Shops and web apps are the one thing we will not put a fixed price on, because the job changes completely depending on what you sell.
- Stock, variants and delivery rules set up around how you actually work
- The shop working on your own phone before you pay for it
- Card payments through Stripe, straight into your account
- Product schema so your items can show up properly in Google
- No percentage of your sales going to us, on any order
- Product pages that load fast on a phone, because that is where people buy
Ecommerce Development in Ringwood: two questions we get asked
Why will you not put a price on a shop?
Because ten products with one size is a different job to four hundred with variants, trade pricing and a courier integration. Our builds are £395, £650 and £1,200 and a shop does not fit any of them honestly, so we look at what you sell and give you a number.
How do the card payments work?
Through Stripe. The money goes straight into your own account rather than through us, and Stripe take their fee per transaction. We set the checkout up and test it with you before the shop opens.
