Online shops for Portsmouth
A shop is a different animal to a brochure site, so we quote it on the job. What does not change is that you see it before you pay for it.
Below is the shop side only. For the trades we work with in Portsmouth and the nearest live client we can name, read SEO in Portsmouth.
Who we build shops for in Portsmouth
Independent retail and food
Albert Road, Elm Grove and Osborne Road keep a real independent scene alive. A lot of it sells beyond the city now. If you are one of them and you are paying a platform a monthly fee and a cut of every order, a shop of your own is worth pricing. Quoted on the job.
More on this: websites for shops.
A shop that loads fast and takes the money cleanly
Shops and web apps are the one thing we will not put a fixed price on, because the job changes completely depending on what you sell.
- Product schema so your items can show up properly in Google
- The shop working on your own phone before you pay for it
- Training so you can add a product yourself without ringing us
- Card payments through Stripe, straight into your account
- Product pages that load fast on a phone, because that is where people buy
- No percentage of your sales going to us, on any order
Ecommerce Development in Portsmouth: two questions we get asked
What does it cost to run every month?
Stripe take their cut per transaction and that is between you and them. From us it is a care plan, £45, £85 or £150 a month depending on how much you want us doing. There is no percentage of your sales going anywhere.
Do I see the shop before I pay?
Yes. It is the same as every job we take on: we build first and show you. You see it working on your own phone before any money changes hands.
